The new office to have dedicated space to focus on Skill Development for members and their technical and marketing work force for enhancing efficiency & effectiveness.
Hyderabad 28th May 2017 – CREDAI Hyderabad formally announced the launch of their New Office at Lumbini Mall, Road No 2, Banjara Hills . The new premises was inaugurated by Sri Etela Rajender, Minister for Finance and Planning, Govt. of Telangana along with Sri Jupally Krishna Rao, Minister for panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Govt. of TelanganaSri CharlakolaLaxma Reddy, Minister for Health & Medical, Govt. of Telangana, Sri Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, MLA along with the CREDAI senior leadership team comprising of Sri S. Ram Reddy, President CREDAI Hyderabad, Sri. P Ramakrishna Reddy, General Secretary CREDAI Hyderabad, K. Rajeshwar, Treasurer, CREDAI Hyderabad along with Vice Presidents Sri Aditya Gowra, Sri G. Anand Reddy, Dr. M.S. Anand Rao, Sri. D. Muralikrishna Reddy and the Joint Secretaries Sri C G Murali Mohan, Sri. V. Rajeshwar Reddy in the presence of large number of developers, stakeholders and industry members.
The New Office which is a constructed on an area of 5000 sft will be creating with a state of the art Training and conference hall and a provision to develop 500 sft Library which will house a series of books on different aspects of construction and real estate development. These facilities will be managed by a dedicated staff responsible for liasoning with the various stake holders to plan and develop various skill development and training programs for the Members & Associates of CREDAI.
Mr. S. Ram Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad said “We are extremely excited at the opening of this new office . The new office is equipped with all modern amenities and technology to enable a participative culture amongst all the CREDAI members and staff. This year CREDAI has adopted 2 initiatives for all its chapters which are Skill Development & Training and Clean city initiative . Clean city initiative is aimed at adopting an innovative technology developed by CREDAI Kerala to manage the solid waste generated by the building within the premises. To implement these programmes, we felt the need for setting up a more spacious office space that would be able to have an equipped conference / training room and accommodate additional staff to help us plan various programs for skill enhancement to the members, our associates and their employees. We were planning for the new office space from past few months, and I must compliment the team for locating the new premises and developing the required infrastructure within a short time.”
Adding to this Mr. P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary, CREDAI, Hyderabad said, “CREDAI is a member on the board of NSDC and always acts proactively to work towards training and skill development in various activities involved with construction. We are at the forefront in the Mission SKILL India through a series of initiatives across the country. Our new office is designed and equipped to train Members, Associates and their workers to develop their skills and be more efficient and effective in their work. The Real Estate sector in Hyderabad is driven by the end user and their numbers are increasing. We developers always face a challenge of getting well trained labour. We are sure , with our plans to set up a professional well equipped infrastructure we will be able to identify, train and certify good workers, helping our members and associates get right resources to execute their plans.”
Adding to this Sri. D. Muralikrishna Reddy, Vice President, CREDAI Hyderabad said , “We are happy to announce the New CREDAI Office space in Hyderabad will be helping our Members to have a more constructive and participative outlook. Speaking about the New CREDAI Office Space Sri. G. Anand Reddy, Vice President, CREDAI Hyderabad said, “ Real estate sector is 2nd largest provider of employment, next to agriculture. As a result there is a continuous requirement of skilled manpower. We need to adopt a more structured approach developing the sector . The new office of CREDAI is set up with an objective to streamline the sector and create a forward-looking strategy. The office is well planned and will help in improving the deliverability of CREDAI Hyderabad”

M S Anand Rao, Vice presidents, CREDAI ,Hyderabad “Last 3 years, since the formation of Telangana State, we have seen a lot of proactive measures being taken by the government in making the state one of the best managed states in the country. CREDAI new office is set up and will play a pivotal role to equip the Credai team with the right environment and enable a growth environment . We are confident that new office will be a milestone in CREDAI Hyderabad and will facilitate all members and stakeholders”
Adding to this Sri Aditya Gowda, Vice President, CREDAI Hyderabad said, “ CREDAI Hyderabad has a very active CREDAI Youth Wing, which is the backbone of all our CSR initiatives like organizing the plantation and maintenance of 1 lakh trees at the Hyderabad central university campus and various other initiatives apart from the initiatives on Training and skill development, adoption of new technologies, pioneered through CREST . This new office will also have a dedicated space for the CREDAI Youth wing to plan and execute their initiatives. We are hopeful that with a dedicated space, CREDAI youth wing will be able to take their initiatives with a more zeal and enthusiasm and we will soon witness Hyderabad pioneer most of the latest global construction technologies adapted to the Indian environment.”
